I lived there for one LONG year of my life! I have two young children and it has been a horrible experience for the whole family. They hardly fixed a thing and everything was broke upon move in! A year later...same things broken! No hot water in bathroom, dangerously hot water in other rooms since there solution was to turn hot water tank all the way up instead of fixing the valve in bathroom! MOLD MOLD MOLD, COCKRCHES. We were sprayed twice a month(very unhealthy for children or anyone) and ""Bombed"" but the critter situation lived on because the entire building wasn't handled at once! DIRTY POOL shut down by health dep., I would NEVER step a toe in that dirty thing! This whole place is a health hazard! Management has changed at least 3 times since we moved in and it just keeps getting worse, I hear they are going bankrupt now.
Pros: Your not living on the streets
Cons: Too many to list, Bad in every aspect imaginable!
