I used to love this store. Would stop by every time i visited santa fe which is approx 4-5 times per year. During one visit, i bought an expensive pair of citrine earrings reccomended highly by the salswoman. One month later, despite my meticulous care, i noticed the citrine had become obviously cracked and internally crushed in some areas. This should never happen to quality citrine if properly cared for. I brought the earrings back to show the same saleswoman. She denied they were cracks but insisted they were imperfections which must have been present at the time of purchase. I certainly would have noticed this when i bought them and found her response both deceptive and insulting. They refused to replace them. I will no longer shop there.
