Businiess name:  Parco Cafe

Review content:
Parco style cafe is my favorite place to eat in Nashville. It can be a little pricey but if you go at lunch the price is less. Try the veggie burger, it's what they're known for and there is a reason. I worked at Parco's briefly as a summer job and Mr & Mrs. Fu are both great! Chef Fu always made sure the quality of the food from prep to presentation was perfect. The grouper is to die for and the pork tenderloin is....perfect, the balance of flavor and texture as well as presentation is flawless. Chef Fu is very talented and his fusion of asian cuisine and classic french cuisine is a winning combination. Save room for dessert no matter what. Try one of the coffee siphons and watch while it is being made it's not your regular cup of joe by any means. Pros: quality, service, dessert, everything! Cons: parking
