I just got home from the most awesome restaurant experience in memory. I'm not joking! I've been hearing about Vino Paradiso and how cool it is, and finally checked it out. From the minute I walked in the door, I felt so comfortable, and the waitress made me feel like I was just the person she wanted to see, ya know? I love that. It turns out that they have a killer dinner menu, which I didn't know about, and their wine selection spans the globe, literally. Being in the Pearl District, you'd expect high prices, but most of their wines by the glass are inexpensive, but not low end. You have to see this place to believe it, there's nothing like it in P-Town. Oh, and it was a cool spot for a date, too.
Pros: friendly service, unique decor, good prices
