When it comes to the downside of Kevin Dean and WSI Net Advantage, it's more on our side than on his. We're a small business and there are things that he has recommended that we have not had the time to implement. Otherwise, things are really good. The website is really nice. He completely redesigned it for us and got it set up. It's very professional looking, and now it's an impressive website.
