Businiess name:  Alligator Soul

Review content:
I dined at Alligator Soul on May 8, 2007 with 3 other guests. I ordered Eddie's Special Steak at $55 and it was tough and full of grizzle. I sent it back and did not order anything further. I was charged full price for the steak I could not eat and when I questioned this was told they would take $20 off, . again what I could not eat. I sent an email to the restaurant and as of May 29 have heard nothing. I have dined there before and have recommended it to many of my out of town friends and business colleagues. I am no long recommending this establishment to anyone due to lack of customer service and response to my email. There are too many good restaurants in Savannah. Pros: Prompt seating Cons: Food average
