To make a long story short we had to move 2,000 miles away without our piano because AAA Piano Service wouldn't deliver our piano to us as stated before we moved. So it sat in their storage unit at $50.00 a month (even th ough their web page still says $40.00) until we could come up with the $1,300.00 to have movers go get it. Then, ontop of that there were all sorts of hidden fees we were not made aware of. And to top it all off when I wrote a negative review the owner emailed my wife and threatened us with legal action for libel adn slander...all because we gave a negative review and told the truth. In my opinion, if you want a hassle free transaction DO NOT USE AAA Piano service.
