I usually go to Discount Beads store but I wanted to try this one out...BIG MISTAKE!!! I WOULD NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!! I went in to have 2 of my bead bracelets restring, she charged me $12 each to get it done. Discount Beads only charged me $5. I don't know what I was thinking coz I went ahead and agreed to pay it. It cost me 3x more than the bead bracelets are worth! Perhaps I had price shock, I definitely had buyer's remorse/regret! I tried to reverse my very unhappy experience the next day and wanted to know why she charged me so much because she only used a small amount of string and a little bit of her time. My very unhappy experience got worse, she gave me a lecture instead for me to learn how to say no if I disagree with the service. And that she's been beading for 9 yrs. And that the other bead store charges a lot more than she does, which I know it's not true coz I've gone to the other store and they only charged me $5 not $12! She was also mad that I was going to post a bad review. And it bothered her that I was watching her restring my bead bracelets. I did that so next time I can do it myself! She also said that her time was important (all 5 mins of it!) and that when I went in the store, she dropped everything that she was doing to help me. Hmmm isn't that called customer service?! What a horrible experience!!!
