I called Carpet Concepts to recieve a quote on laminent hardwood flooring for two rooms at the office of my new employeer. They arrived onsite with tape measure in hand WITHIN THE HOUR! Took measurements and had a quote and sample to me the next day! My employeer was so impressed with the timeliness as well as their willingness to work around the time schedule that I had. The flooring was installed the Tuesday after the floods in between the appointments that we had on the books. Very impressive!
