Review content:
Dropped $600 in this place less than a year ago. Instead of giving me new callipers they put in refurbished callipers that froze the other day and ruined the new rotors. So I spent another $600...but not at Brakes Plus...never ever again. After talking to the service manager who was too busy to be courteous, and finding out that only my ""pads"" were under any kind of warranty (for 600 bucks..are you kidding me!?), I decided that this was the last time I would ever go to Brakes Plus again. I've had other bad experiences with them too, but not at this store.
