I am new to the area and I have 3 kiddos so naturaly I needed to find a doc for them. So I started to search the net to find someone near our house, I came across Arvada Pediatric Associates North and despite some of the reviews being VERY negative I thought I would give them a call anyways. WOW was I wrong, the first time I called I was placed on hold in a EXTREMELY rude and abrupt maner for 5 min and 48 sec I didnt even get a chance to get a word in so I hung up and waited 5 or 6 min and I called back and I recieved the exact same treatment by the same lady this time waiting 4 min and 38 sec. Now this is just my opinion but it seems that any business runs on customer service, which this place lacks!!!
