I went in expecting a great color and hair cut. I was assigned to a salon stylist who had been there for a few months but had 7+ years experience. I didn't know until half my head was covered in color that she as never worked more then three days a week....not really 7 years of experience if you ask me. She MESSED up my color. I had to go back the next day to have it corrected, and the woman who did the correction obviously did not want to be there doing it. After washing and drying my own hair not only is the color very unnatural, but the cut is even worse. I wish I would have gone someone where else. My hair looks like I colored and cut it myself with kitchen shears in the dark!!
