Review content:
Cosmo's is one of my favorite pizza places in Boulder. They are super friendly and have toppings that you can't usually find at other pizza places (like spinach and red peppers). The only downside is if they are busy your pie may be slightly undercooked (cooked enough to eat, but not crispy enough for my taste).
And if you go in to the location on the hill they serve beer! What more can a girl ask for?
Pros: Giant Pizzas, wide variety of toppings
Cons: Delivery can run late, pizza can be slightly undercooked
