Review content:
I prefer using small local companies instead of big name companies but this was an exception. My wife failed to get a quote up front so we got what we asked for. The repair was done correctly according to two other master plumbers that saw pictures of the work, but at more than twice the cost of of what it should have according to them. Even taking out an estimated $100 service call fee, labor amounted to $290 for 1 master plumber and 1 assistant for one hour. The companies response was that they cost by job not by the hour.
