Businiess name:  Kim Son Restaurant

Review content:
Kim Son offers a great selection of dim sum items on Saturday and Sunday and during some special holidays at the Sugarland location only (as far as I know). They have a good selection of entrees, pretty reasonable prices and the ambience is very Oriental. The restauranat can sometimes be very noisy during the lunch hours and the weekends. My complaint about the service is that the waitstaff does not know to suggest wine with the entrees. I know how to select wine but the person not familiar with wine and entrees, the suggestions would be nice. The Campfire Beef is a great choice. Do not expect noodle soup (pho) here as most restaurants that have an extensive menu selection do not ""specialize"" in soups unless they state it. You can tell by the name, ""Pho ...""
