I don't know where that tn sunset went--but, it wasn't The Flour Shop! The Flour Shop is a ""hometown"" bakery with fabulous southern charm--the bakers do actually wait on customers and they do a great job with it! The atmosphere is 50s and it's very cute (including a jukebox for the kids to marvel)! I think their speciality is the ""fried pies""--like grandmother used to make--they're just fantastic! They also make, to die for, sweet breads and all kinds of sweet bars (my favorite is key lime coconut). tn sunset was right about one thing--they don't have a wide variety of doughnuts and that's because they have a WIDE variety of the good sweet stuff! Krispy Kreme has the best doughnuts in town and that's where you need to go if you want a doughnut. If you want great cakes and special sweet things, go to The Flour Shop. Pros: warm environment, southern hospitality, good prices
