Review content:
Called to set up an appointment for front end alignment, rotate and balance for a Dodge truck. Was given a price and told it would take about an hour and half to an hour and forty minutes - made the appointment. Went in and waited. Approximately two and a half hours later, the vehicle was ready. Was told they had trouble putting the weights on because of the special rim and tires on the vehicle. The rims were factory installed, so nothing special there and goodyear tires. Cost was $30 over price I was quoted. When I questioned the difference in the cost, their answer was that I misunderstood the price and it was $10.95 per tire, not $10 for 4 tires. I asked if they would give me a price break and they flat out said no and that if I wanted they could take the weights off and I could bring it to another place and see if I could find someone to balance my tires for $10.
Cons: phone quote one thing, charged another
