Review content:
It's really unfortunate that this is about the only batting cage center in northern Kentucky anymore. I've been going here since I was a child but I've seen a huge difference in the business over the past couple of years. It's difficult enough that they are always swamped because of this but the monopoly is really handicapping their service. The staff are unreliable, at best, often rude and unhelpful, and eager to chastise any customer who is unaware of their operations (which they rarely reveal upfront). If you are the type of person who enjoys being fed incorrect information and wasting hours of your time then this is the place for you. Otherwise, let's hope something new opens up in the near future.
