I recently visited Lemon Grass with a group of co-workers for lunch. We were seated at a drafty table close to the door and had to keep our jackets on to feel halfway comfortable. The service was slow in spite of a fairly empty restaurant. The lunch special were definetly not a bargain. The portions were small, and overzealous decorations on my plate could not make up for the fact that a Pad Thai, priced at $9, could not nearly satisfy my appetite. Apart from portion size, the food tasted good. I especially recommend the Coconut soup.
Pros: downtown location, ample street parking
Cons: slow service, small lunch portions, cool and drafty
