Review content:
I don't know what happened with the other person that reviewed Dr. Schwartz's office, but my experience was nothing short of fantastic! The staff was very friendly and really knew their stuff. I was very impressed with the doctors and assistants, and how personable and professional they were. I'm not sure if the previous reviewer has ever visited a doctor's office before in her entire life, but I know when I go, I EXPECT a bit of a wait. Honestly, the wait is not that bad. The sign of a good doctor's office is one where the doctors and assistants take their time with each patient and make sure things are done right. These are, after all, our EYES we're talking about. This isn't a fast food restaurant! And the front desk staff told me my eyes would be dilated when I scheduled the appointment. In fact, every year I've had my eyes dilated. Any good eye doctor would do so... not JUST if you have diabetes.
Pros: friendly and professional staff, good reputation, great patient care
Cons: when impossible-to-please people complain about EVERYTHING. This place is great!
