I had called to set up an appointment and the receptionist was very nice and helpful ready to set up my appointment until she asked if I had insurance. I indeed DO have insurance however it apparently was not an insurance THEY would like to work with as immediately after announcing my insurance i was abruptly told ""WE'RE NOT ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS"". I thought to myself ""funny because you were 2 seconds ago before you found out who my insurance carrier was...
I am looking for a new dentist however, if my insurance does change in the next few years as it always seems to I will NEVER go to this dentist what a JOKE! I have never felt so belittled in my life!
They may or may not accept you because of your insurance but for me it's the principle of how you treat people that also plays a role in my decision making process for everything in life.
This organization clearly has no poise, no consideration for other people and are bottom line about MONEY. It is obvious that my insurance does not make them enough money... Well guess what If you're going to be digging in my mouth I'm glad I'm going to go somewhere that is actually thinking about me, the patient, while digging around in there not daydreaming about all the god damn money they're going to make!!!
