Review content:
I went into this store with the intention of trading in my smart phone for a more simple phone that i could get a lower priced plan on. First things first, this place looks and smells like a flea market. very dirty, crowded, yeah, unpleasant. The lady i talked to, she had a shitty attitude the entire time i dealt with her, acted like i was bothering her, honestly. the first phone she offered as a trade was a flip phone with a scratched, dirty screen, no camera, no mp3 player, it was basically the cheapest, most basic prepaid phone you can get at wal-mart for 20 bucks. They wanted to do a straight across trade for my phone! I thought she was joking. I told her i didnt want the phone, as it was a piece of junk, she breathed heavily, rolled her eyes, and once again acted like i was a piece of scum that was just ruining her day. the next phone she showed me was better, with a price tag of about 100 bucks. THEY OFFERED ME 20 DOLLARS OFF THE PRICE FOR MY PHONE, A PHONE THEY WERE SELLING FOR 150 DOLLARS. at this point i had had enough and left. DO NOT do business with these guys, they will treat you like crap from the moment you walk in and offer you laughably awful trade in deals. 20 bucks off a purchase for my 150 dollar phone.........right.
