I have gone to Myrna for over 7 years. She is the best in the biz and I know because I used to do all my own tailoring. I just dont have the time and she is the only one I would trust. She is fast, fair and always comes through in a pinch. I dont know the specifics on the case at the top but it sounds like miscommunication and becuase of my success with Myrna, I find it hard to believe that it was her error. You dont earn the trust of so many people on Peterson with a bad track record. She does everything from reparing a seam, to big jobs. She even has a dress swap program which I used for my daughters prom! I would FULLY recommend her shop for all your tailoring needs.
