Review content:
We purchased a home from Infinity and it is one of the worst decisions we have EVER made. The entire experience has been nothing but pain and we would give almost anything to go back in time and undo this purchase.
They have a great architect. That's why they sell so many homes. They are super modern and they look great. That's what drew us in.
They were extremely nice during the sales process. But the very moment they cashed our deposit check, the tone changed. From that point on, their attitude was like ""Go ahead and back out. We'd love to keep your money and sell the house to someone else.""
It was the single most painful transaction of my life. Things came up. Lots of them. That happens when you build a new home. There were at least a dozen issues during construction that would have made us walk away if we hadn't had so much skin in the game.
And warranty? Hah! These houses turn out not to be as well made as we had believed. And you practically have to get a lawyer involved to get any warranty work done.
Do yourself a favor and use another builder.
Pros: Great Architect
Cons: Arrogant, Petty, & Difficult
