Chef Mark is a Excellent cook !!! The first time that I tried the Grilled Grouper, I was Absolutely Impressed with the fact that Nothing on my plate, needed any further seasoning; and I Love to have salt on top of most of my food. After I Thouroughly Enjoyed this Fine Table Fare; I went back to the kitchen window to tell Mark that it had so long that I could not even remember the last time that I had a meal so excellently prepared and presented Perfectly Seasoned!!! It is Rare in this area of Ohio, to find such an Excellent Quality small restaurant. I have had other Excellently prepared menu items at Kaya's, but I keep going back for the Grilled Grouper, YUM YUM !!!
