Allan is the best teacher ; informative he broke everything down from A to Z. While browsing bartending schools/classes, it didn't take long to realize this was the best. It's a certified school that provides top training and education, and I wouldn't want anything less than the best.
My favorite part was pretty much the entire experience!
I walked in knowing NOTHING about liquors and bartending and now I'm confident and knowledgeable about so much. I loved learning in a realistic atmosphere, music and all, with classmates I could have fun with and instructors that cared.
The instructors aren't just teachers they are experienced bartenders that provided extremely useful advice and insight to the bartending industry, all while having fun! very awesome guys!!
