I took the course at New York Bartending School three weeks ago and I have to say the training and job placement assistance was excellent.
I found that the couple of nights of guest bartending that I did truly helped me. These guest bartending gigs are not about making money but about getting your feet wet. I also found that Brandy (job placement director) spent hours with me going over my resume and job hunting and interviewing skills. I was lucky to get a job on my third interview. My friend who took the class with me also found a job soon after completing the course, also through Brandy. I do thank the KOOL staff at the New York Bartending School for everything. This is an unbelievable school with an unbelievable staff that truly DO care about you.
