We had to have our car towed.The guy that picked it up was like no problem we let your insurance take care of everything. When I called about getting it to a shop it was a whole different story.I go to pay for it with cash bill was 180.55.I give him 200.00 and he is a real smart mouth I don't have any change.I tell him ok I will give you a check.Real smart mouth again we don't take checks you can pay with a credit card for 3.50 more. I tell them I don't do credit.I had to leave and go to the bank get change and come back before they would let anyone touch my car knowing I had the cash money and was coming right back.These jerks need a lesson in customer service. It doesn't hurt to be nice to your customer that is the first thing they should learn
