Review content:
Appearrance of the school itself, after attending the intro-class, it was a pretty easy decision. Also reading the testimonials online and comparing to the other schools reviews and comments. My favorite experience aside from the taste-test from Absolut was actually learning the history and process of how spirits/wine and beer are made and where there distinct flavors come from. It will allow for me to be a more informed resource and educated bartender, rather than just a ""drinkslinger""!
Pros: excellent attitude, great instructor!
