Ok, so I know that everyone always knocks dealership service departments but this one is truly heinous. They tried to get me to pre-authorize a $99 diagnostic fee which I have never ever been charged at any other Kia dealership. I even called my usual dealer (Gateway in Warrington... they are fabulous!!!) and he informed me that no- diagnostic fees are not unheard of (they charge a $49 one) but they should not be charged to a car that is still covered under warranty!!!! That is why I got a Kia- for the 10yr, 100,000 mile warranty. I hightailed it out of there and will never return. Avoid this place like the plague. I really wish that I could give 0 stars to this place.
I love Gateway, I've heard great things about Ryan in Springfield, the few times I went to Cherry Hill they were nice as well. Go anywhere but Value.
