My car needed a battery - which was dead (obviously) - and after I was able to get a 'jump start' from my neighbor, I called Paramount and they got me right in to install a new battery. This is the 2nd time I have been here (1st time was an oil change) and have received excellent customer service from every one I have dealt with I think it is great, especially being new to the area as of last fall
