Review content:
Atleast 8 stores in the Salem Town Center paid this man to build and make signs for us. He started to build this sign and the town of Salem put a stop order on it because he never got the permit to build it. Now we have the permit and Bob the owner won't answer or return our phone calls. He took our money and we have no signs. This is a 2 years battle.
