Review content:
Been to Tucci at least a dozen times with small and large groups. It was great: the food, wine and atmosphere. But the service has become well, ""offensive"". Our server the last 2 times was not only rude, he never apologized for my entree arriving cold and 45 mins later than the rest of the table. He did take it off the bill, but was extremely rude about it. The hostess: when confronted as to the where abouts of our meal became defensive and assured us our order was not forgotten. No apologies, either! This restaurant was on passportunlimited, which brought us back time and time again. But why pay their outrageous prices for poor service? There are many other first rate restaurants on passport, which we will be happy to patron. If Tucci cleans up the service and becomes a passport member again, we'll consider coming back.
