Dr. Bane had been seeing my boyfriends dog regularly for check ups and problems for 5 years. Yesterday the dog was run over by a truck RIGHT outside of the vet he regularly is treated at. Dr. Bane and staff would not help, would not even come outside to evaluate the situation (or even in worst case scenario administer some sedatives or pain medication). A woman stopped behind the truck who drove away after running over my boyfriends dog, and ran inside asking for help. After being denied, she asked simply just for a leash because the dog was hurt badly but also scared and trying to run. They denied loaning her a leash to keep the dog in one place. Although Dr. Bane was ""too busy"" to help, we ended up having to drive longer than we would have waited in his lobby for help. My boyfriends dog has a fractured skull, fractured hip, and a very large cut on his neck. For his regular client, who he pretends to ""care"" about on checkups and general health, can be dying on the side of the road RIGHT OUTSIDE his clinic, and he would not help or send a staff member to help. He doesn't care about animals he cares about money. Do not take your dog to him he is not reliable when you need him. Later my boyfriend went into his clinic to talk to him about why he would not treat him and he had no excuse and did not even apologize for the dog being run over. Do not take your pets to him.
