Review content:
I've dined at FoodWorks twice. The first time the service was very slow even though there were only 3 other tables. I had the burger and it was good. I just got back from my second experience at FoodWorks. It was awful. Again, there were only 3 or 4 tables filled with people, but it still took a good 45 minutes before our food came out. I ordered the Bar-B-Q pizza. I took one bite into my pizza and spit it out. The bottom of the pizza dough was cooked but the rest of the pizza dough was raw. I asked our server to ask the Chef to put it back in the oven for a few more minutes because most of pizza dough was still raw. She took my plate to the kitchen and came back to my table and informed me that the Chef was going to make me a new one with a ""crispier"" crust. Maybe there was a miscommunication. When I said my pizza dough was ""raw"" I must have really meant my pizza dough was not ""crispy"" enough. I smiled and said thank you but I was furious. I love food and no one would ever say I was a picky eater. I'm telling you that most of that dough was raw and I was offended that the server and apparently the Chef (or cook, not sure which) thought I was being picky. When it tastes like raw dough and feels like raw dough then it is raw dough. Another 15-20 minutes later I received my Bar-B-Q chicken pizza. The sauce was fine, the chicken was fine, but there were large chunks of semi cooked and raw purple onions. I ate half of it because I was starving, had to get back to work, and didn't have time to go some place else.
Pros: nice looking building
Cons: service, food, & price
