Hey, Gooch, I hope your comment stayed up longer than my multiple complaints. So I'll try again. They credited me with all my payments and I even paid off my car early but when I went to collect the title, just a long list of excuses from them, finally after a year and a half I went to get it and was told I had to pay an additional fee! REALLY andon a post it note there there was one fee on a post it note and it was crossed out with a larger fee. Thank goodness my mom was with me to witness this questionable transaction. I had to pay the larger fee and have been trying to get it back!. Gooch please contact the BBB, they are fair and will help you. I hope this stays up long enough this time so others can stay clear of this shady business, but I won't hold my breath....
