They did a fair job, I pointed out a couple of things they missed and I paid with the understanding they would finish the job. I called back but no answer, just left a message. That was yesterday, it is now late afternoon the next day.
They didn't treat one cut on an old live oak, and didn't treat the small cuts on the neighbors live oak. They missed a small branch I asked them to cut.
There was a pile of leaves left behind over 4"" deep, several feet across they said they would clean up when I was paying the balance.
I would say if you are going to use them, let it be known in advance that you will not pay until the work is 100% done and you are satisfied.
If they show back up to finish the job I will edit this, but for now it is looking like I am going to have to pay someone else to finish the job. It is not the leaves that bother me, but the untreated cuts on giant live oak trees.
