Horrible Service!! Have reported them to the BBB. Bought appliance pkg from Tim. Had to deal directly with appliance makers because my wife and I have been told serveral times by 2 different employees that they don't build the merchandise they just sell it. Contacted Thermador directly and they took care of my oven problem thru another company. Greg is the ""service manager"" and he had our ice maker there for 6 weeks and again had to get mfg involved to get repaired. After picking it up at the Decatur location and bringing it home he had left a part off of it!! He refused to bring it to my home. Asked over and over to speak to owner who evidently hides behind employees. Was called a ""moron"" by the receptionist...evidently customer service isn't honored here. Again spend your money where you can get service after the sale!
