Review content:
This place is a very terrible business. They told me that my parts would be in in 3-5 days. 4 weeks later they come in. I would have been ok with it, however, they never called to tell me what was going on. I had to call every other day to get any information out of them. Then when I went down to pick up my scooter and voice my concerns, the owner put the blame on me. He was up in my face yelling at me telling me that since I didn't purchase the bike at his shop that he was doin me a favor by fixing my bike. Their heart is in the right place, however, it seems that their business is growing too rapidly for them. They are biting off more than they can chew and they blame the customer for it. The owner is a poor poor business man that provides crappy service. I wouldn't even give them one star. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE!!!!!!
Pros: eventually you will get your parts
Cons: service, location, service, hours, SERVICE!!!
