Gary has many dedicated students who have been doing his HOT POWER VINYASA for many years. The ashram Yoga offers the best HOT POWER VINYASA and BIKRAM YOGA classes in the Seattle area. The classes offered will have an effect on your body and mind. Location is perfect. You have easy access to 405 and close to Kirkland downtown. You will see that this is BEST YOGA STUDIO in the northwest. See the schedule by logging on to web site.
