After reading all of the reviews on here and after many hair color disasters, I decided to book a free color consultation with Jessica. We got the chance to talk about my desire to change my blonde hair to a dark brown and when I left I was super excited to make an actual appointment...
First off, Jessica's salon in Addison is SO cute. She is friendly, bubbly, funny & most importantly she makes you feel comfortable. I was definitely nervous for my big change...going from bleached blonde hair to a rich chocolate brown especially after many hair mess ups by other ""reputable"" hair stylists in the Dallas area but she assured me the color would turn out beautifully. Oh, and she LISTENS to your every request and genuinely cares about your wants & needs.
I trusted her & the final result was stunning! It was perfect! The cut was great as well. Her prices are so reasonable for the quality & time she gives. I adore her and am so glad I've finally found a phenomenal stylist I can go back to! She is truly an amazing person & is amazing at what she does :-) If everyone went to Jessica, there wouldn't be any more horrific hair disasters! You won't be disappointed.
