I bought my wedding dress from this store and had a horrible experience. I tried on the dress for the seamstress and she made all of the necessary pins and adjustments in preparation for the alterations. She made an appointment for me to come back several weeks later to try on the dress again. Not only did she forget the appointment but the alterations had not been completed! This was only the beginning of a painful process where my dress was torn, marked, and altered improperly. The management did not do anything to fix the situation and in fact, denied that anything had been done wrong and later accused me of lying! I now wish I had taken pictures to document everything that had happened. I had to have the dress cleaned and repaired elsewhere. In addition, during my wedding, the dress was too long and I tripped over it the whole time! Customer service was fine in the beginning when they wanted my business, but after I had paid, things changed dramatically for the worse. Good customer service means trying to make sure the customer is happy and has received everything that they are promised, and this was not the case. It is clear that they do not care about their customers or their reputation. I advise that you stay away from this store!
