Owner of Hakatamon, what you're doing to your sushi chef and server is unethical. I was in there on Monday at 6:45pm and I ended being done at 8:15 and I only ordered sushi. Almost all your tables were full, there were over 30 people in your restaurant. But only one sushi chef and one server, shame on you for making them work like this. So when do they get a break?
Your food is good but the service is poor and it's not the servers fault. Your floor gets stickier everyday, because they are so rushed all the time, the cleanliness of your restaurant is deteriorating. If you're too cheap to hire another sushi chef and server then you need to be there from 6-8pm.
