Review content:
I have tasted fine sushi and sashimi from various spots around the Earth. It is not too difficult for a properly trained Chef to create masterful sushi and sashimi foods, but it is rare that it is achieved to a high order of quality, especially in the Middle of America.
The Hana cafe excells in doing just this! They order fresh several times per month, and even several times per week!
The best part of Hana cafe? The fact that their regular menu compliments the great sushi and sashimi creations well. The person who gave this place a 2-star review, has a proven ignorance I cannot stand for.
I recommend A Dragon Roll, an Eel roll, an order of Udon noodles with Shrimp and vegtable tempura, a side of miso soup, the house salad, and a large bottle of Sapporo or Ichiri. Salut!
Pros: The staff, owner, Chef, quality, pricing
Cons: The place is a bit cozy, but not too small.
