Block Island assisted in the rebuilding of our second story deck after our home was burned in the 2007 wildfires. We had numerous contractors for a variety of rebuild projects so my wife and I became very familiar with contractors, subcontractors and their work habits.
During the many months of re-building our home, my wife and I were very meticulous about the work being performed and we struggled with a number of contractors when it came to quality, timeliness, and cleanliness. Block Island was by far the most professional group of contractors we have ever dealt with. The quality of their work is superior, but more importantly their respect for our property was unequalled. Our project took weeks and was finished on time. The work crew cleaned up all debris, swept the area, and secured all equipment and materials in a safe manner at the end of each workday. This was especially meaningful to my wife as we have a 2 year old baby.
We are very satisfied customers and have recommended Block Island to a number of people. If the need arises, we will definitely call on Block Island again.
