Review content:
People go to this restaurant because of Happy Hour and if beers kept on coming, people get drunk. When people are drunk , they tend to be loud. Crysta, the general manager at Topanga Mall, Canoga Park, should know how to handle a ""rowdy"" crowd and not engaged in a verbal abusive argument. Instead of name calling the group like ""kindergarteners"", she should have approached the group and asked them nicely to tone it down. They should have a policy to limit alcohol if they see the crowd had enough. Doesn't she know that if people are drunk, it is useless to argue with them, less alone using derogatory words to intimidate the ""drunks"". Good thing it did not turn out to be violent. Does Crysta really expect the drunks to behave? She is in the wrong place and should work at Denny's or IHOP. Not in a place that serves alcohol and Happy Hour. I understand this is not the first incident that she was involved with.
