I had a rental here for 8 1/2 years and this was the worst business relationship I've experienced in my entire life (I'm now 53 years old). I had my lock cut off once and was always suspicious of their discourteous staff. Was charged several suspicious late fees where my payment envelope was returned ""no such address"" and Post Office said delivery must have been refused. When I brought the envelopes to their office, I was told my ""issue was with the Post Office"". I've NEVER had this happen with any other letters before or since. They understand the difficulties in moving out and raised my monthly rate exorbitantly after the initial contract period expired. Every time I drive by their facility, I'm reminded of what a terrible experience I endured and am relieved that our relationship has ended.
