The owner Dan is unreliable and rude. My mother-in-law called him to purchase a bike seat several weeks before Christmas. It is now 1/13/11 and we still don?t have the seat. He keeps giving us the bike is in the mail routine. When my mother and law called him yesterday and told him either the seat was here by the end of the week or she was calling her credit card company he responded by calling her a b***h.
