Review content:
I was told when I signed up that a doctor was on site from time to time - this is partly true because the OWNER is a doctor, but he is purely a business man and he does not see patients. I was physically burned at my last session and now I'm waiting for someone at Amer Laser to call back with a ""doctor referral."" The staff is unprofessional and obviously lacks proper training in laser hair removal. It's also very difficult to get an appointment - I get the feeling they are intentionally trying to use up my contract time and then ask for more money to complete the treatments.
