Review content:
This place has totally screwed up the last two times we have tried to use them. Last summer we rented three vans to get a group of students to camp. They showed up with only two and had no way of getting us the third van. We had to go and pick it up ourselves, causing a huge delay in our trip. When I was turning in my keys, the women in front of me had been pulled over by the cops. Enterprise had put an expired license plate on her rental vehicle and the legal ramifications were on her. The representative seemed as though he couldn't care less and did nothing to compensate for their incompetence.
Just last week I rented one van for a ski trip. I was to pick up the van at 7:30 in the morning. They called at 7:15 that day to let me know they did have the van after all. They said they could go and get one from another location, but by the time they actually figured everything out and got us a van it had caused a 40 minute delay in our trip. I had parents and students standing around in sub freezing temperatures for this duration obviously not too happy with me. Enterprise was completely unapologetic about the incident. I?d probably just walk before I rent from this location again.
Cons: Completely Undependable
